FITTING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Prepare: Container, plastic insert (inside the mouth tray, leave it in), and boiling water (water should not be scolding hot).

1. Put the mouthpiece in the container.

2. Pour the water over the mouthpiece enough that it should be completely submerged.

3. Pull the mouthpiece out of the water with a fork or spoon after 30 Seconds.

4. Insert the mouthpiece into your mouth and adjust to a comfortable position. Bite down on the mouth piece firmly. Suck the air out of the mouthpiece and with your tongue and lips press against the mouth piece to get a tight fit. Use your fingers to press against your lips and cheeks to improve the custom fit of your teeth and gums. Concentrate on using your tongue to push the mouthpiece against the back of your teeth.

5. Remove the mouthpiece after you feel all your teeth are moulded onto the mouth piece. Remove the plastic insert.
