Orders placed on a working day before 11am will normally be shipped the same working day. Orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday will be shipped the next working day. Items are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Second Class Postage. Other paid shipping methods are available at the checkout.
Custom Lynx offers a 30 day 'no quibble' returns policy on all items. Items must be returned to us in "as new" condition, complete with the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 10% re stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage.
All of our products are guaranteed for at least 12 months against manufacturing defects - subject to the item being returned at the buyers cost for inspection. Normal wear and tear or damage caused from misuse is excluded from this guarantee.
