German submarine U-995 is a Type VIIC/41 U-boat of Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine. She was laid down on 25 November 1942 by Blohm & Voss in Hamburg, Germany, and commissioned on 16 September 1943 with Oberleutnant zur See Walter Köhntopp in command.

U 995 ist ein im Zweiten Weltkrieg eingesetztes deutsches U-Boot vom Typ VII C/41 der damaligen Kriegsmarine. Es wurde im September 1943 in Dienst gestellt und absolvierte neun Feindfahrten. Nach Kriegsende ging U 995 als Test- und Ausbildungsboot Kaura in den Besitz der norwegischen Marine über. 1965 erfolgte die Rückgabe an Deutschland, am 2. Oktober 1971 die offizielle Übergabe, und seit dem 13. März 1972 liegt das U-Boot als Museumsschiff am Fuße des Marine-Ehrenmals in Laboe. Betreiber des Technischen Museums U 995 ist der Deutsche Marinebund, nach dessen Angaben das U-Boot jährlich von rund 350.000 Menschen besucht wird.
