Cram's was on of the earliest and most popular mapmakers in the US. The company was eventually bought out and the owners discontinued the brand in 2012.

- I never, ever charge packaging or handling fees, so if it says free shipping that means free shipping. However, if you are located outside the lower 48 (continental) states, please be aware of possible extra shipping charges.
- If you are buying multiple items, contact me first and I may be able pass on my savings in shipping costs to you.
- I usually ship within one (business) day after payment clears.
- If you need faster shipping I offer alternative options for nearly every item, just select the option of your choice during checkout (message me if your preference isn't listed). I will refund you the difference if it charges too much.

In order to offer the best customer service that I can, I do offer free* domestic returns on most of my items within two weeks as your choice of money back or exchange, as long as the item is in it's original condition you received it in. *By free, I mean no restocking fees or original shipping charges within the US. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
