Due to the manufacturing processes used by Magpul to produce these polymer magwells, there are sanding and machining marks on the front and side surfaces of these products ! This is completely normal and part of Magpul's manufacturing process and does not effect the function or reliability of the magwell that is designed for hard-use in austere environments on a battle-proven platform. When you receive the magwell, do not immediately assume it is used. It is not used - we do not sell used parts. The marks are basically the same on all Magpul's magwells. So please be advised that these marks are on the item from the manufacturer and the magwells are BRAND NEW.
