Adidas Busenitz Pro CORDURA Shoes
With multiple models, adjustments and amendments made, Dennis Busenitz's range of trainers has developed massively, and only for the better. The original shoe was an absolute killer which made a solid mark in the skating world, but Adidas and himself have only strived to improve an already incredible design until flawless. Many variations are designed to suit different styles of riding, and this one I can only describe as the perfect footwear for an aggressive rider. And I mean really aggressive.
The general silhouette is still there. A bulky trainer is designed with a large padded tongue and GEOFIT collar with internal padding to the mesh lining. This team works together to ensure a well fitted, supportive wear. A high-rising leather ankle and rubber heel cap provide stability for the rider and the heavily stitched toe panel is designed to last for lightyears against griptape.
But, there will always come a time when a shoe has to adapt to suit the more active of skater, and so Adidas have teamed up with the famous CORDURA. This fabric is a ballistic mesh as seen in the Jake Boot, and is used all over the world in outdoor gear, and even Military standard garments. Insanely durable, the side panels feature this mesh to ensure that your foot is as protected as can possibly be.
The shoe sits upon a classic midsole which all skaters know and love, fully equipped with a cupsole and inside it has a moulded insole for shock-absorption. The branding consists of a rubber Adidas imprint, a woven tag to the tongue, the Busenitz name proudly in metallic and a woven flag label from CORDURA, just so you know you're safe.
