Vintage Plaid Coat

This amazing vintage jacket was made by Trego's Westwear in Woodward, Oklahoma.  George and Lovilla Trego started their business in the 1930's.  They custom designed western wear for rodeo stars and movie stars including Roy and Dale Evans.  In addition, clothing was sold at Neiman Marcus, upscale department stores, and Trego's Western Wear stores.  

This wool jacket is olive green and black plaid with a faux black shearling lining.  Sleeves have a quilted polyester lining for ease of use.  Coat features western yokes on front and back and western detailing on exterior pockets.  

Condition:  Great condition, with no flaws or wear on wool plaid or faux shearling.  There is a discoloration on sleeve lining and thread worn areas at bottom of sleeve lining.  (Please reference last two photos).  Vintage buttons do have wear on original finish, but does not at all detract from jacket.  

Original size tag is missing or this was a custom sized coat.  Please look at provided measurements below and compare with your outerwear jacket to ensure fit.  

Measurements (While laying flat)

• Chest (pit to pit): 25" 
• Sleeve (shoulder seam to sleeve hem): 25"
• Length (base of collar to hem): 32"
