This lens head has been rebranded as C.F. Oriental and has been put in a vintage housing for use with an anamorphic lens setup. 

The metalwork, iris, coatings and optics shape are consistent with other cine fujinon lenses from this time frame!   a very rare and collectible lens indeed!
