Our P&P costs cover Royal Mails 2nd class postage charge, with an option to
choose first class

Heavy orders will be sent via DHL
We combine
P&P on multiple purchases, please request a payment total/invoice prior to
paying
We aim to
dispatch your items with 1 business day after cleared payment.  Items
purchased over the weekend will be posted on Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holiday’s)


Feedback, Returns & Refunds

request that buyers do not leave negative or neutral feedback based on postage
charges.

All
P&P charges are as accurate as possible and include packaging costs
Customer Satisfaction is very
important to us, therefore in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your
purchase, please contact us within 7 days and prior to leaving feedback, and we
will aim to resolve any issues
If the product you receive is in any way damaged, faulty or incorrect, please
contact us within 7 days to arrange for a return and refund inclusive of
packaging charges
