If you buy an item accidentally, please check your emails (and the JUNK) from EBAY to agree to 'CANCEL the TRANSACTION'. Combined Shipping is available UPON REQUEST & we charge by combined weight. Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9:00 am – 15:00 pm (UTC/GMT +2 hours)
We deliver our orders using Registered Priority Air Mail or Express Registered Priority Air Mail.
Tracking number is provided for both Express Registered and Regular Registered Priority Air Mail.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Return policy
Moto Discovery guarantees its products. If an item arrived to you is not as described (pictures and text) in our eshop or catalogue, you can send it back.
You can return the item only for exchange. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 15 days of your purchase. If you have any questions about our warranty, please, email us at info@moto-discovery.com or call us at +302102028898. Don’t forget to include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or invoice.
Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Mail. We do not suggest to return items by courier, as duty and / or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return will be refused. After our technical teams decides that the product should be exchanged, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost. Before proceeding with the item’s shipping, please contact us.
Please choose carefully. We don't give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can apply for an exchange when goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do. Please always retain your receipt.

National Post does not charge for returning packages, so in that case you will be refunded the Value of the Item minus the Shipping Cost. The stages of our accessories' production begin with the study of each motorcycle model separately in order to obtain a perfect application on it. Subsequently, we design them using special engineering programs, ensuring their maximum safety and complying with all the individual specifications.
According to the accessory, the way of manufacture may require the use of various machines, such as lathe, press, laser etc, while all the aluminum accessories undergo abrasive blasting and then, they either get anodized (silver or gold) or painted, always with the powder coating method at very high temperatures, in order to ensure the maximum resistance of the colour.
Our products are available for both retail and wholesale, while our company is constantly expanding throughout Europe.
