TIME FRAME:
Please keep in mind that all items are MADE TO ORDER. Typically all shoes are shipped between 3 - 5 business days after payment is cleared. After your item has shipped, transit time may vary depending on where you are located. In the U.S. it may take between 2 - 4 business days and international orders may take between 2 - 3 weeks. SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped through USPS. U.S. orders are shipped in a Priority Mail padded envelope or box. International orders are always shipped in a box and come insured in case of loss or damage. 

ADDRESS:
Please note that the responsibility rests with the buyer to ensure that the address supplied is correct. In most scenarios, parcels can not be redirected while en route. We will not be held responsible nor will we refund for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address supplied by the buyer. If you live in an apartment or duplex then please remember to add the apartment # as well since in most cases the parcel will most likely be undeliverable as addressed and sent back to us. Once the item arrives back to us we could either issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item excluding the actual cost of initial shipping or re-ship back the item to the correct address (buyer will need to pay the postage fee once again for re-shipment)

DUTIES & FEES:
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges, and fees that may be incurred during shipment. We will not falsify information on the customs tag, neither contents value. UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES:
Depending upon the country and postal service, it is possible that your order may be held at your local post office for pick up rather than be delivered straight to your door. This can be done for a variety of reasons including but not limited to when the recipient misses the first attempted failed delivery and when custom fees are due. While the postal service will leave a notice that delivery was attempted. Parcels which have not been collected will eventually return to sender. Once the order has been returned to us, Should you wish, we are able to resend the package but it will be necessary for the buyer to pay a second shipping fee. Alternatively, we can also cancel the transaction and issue a refund for the full purchase price of the item excluding shipping costs.


RETURNS:
We care about our costumer's satisfaction so if you are not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a refund provided that your initial request to return the item is within 14 days from the date after receiving the item. If your initial request to return the item is after 14 days from the date of receiving the item then, unfortunately, we would be unable to accept the return request.

Buyers are required to return the item(s) in the condition it arrived and are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue you a refund for the full purchase price of the item excluding the actual cost of initial shipping. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect condition we cannot offer any refund.

All Refunds will be issued within a time frame of 6 business days from the date after receiving back the item.

DAMAGE: 
If the item has been damaged in transit to you then, please contact us immediately. We also ask that you provide us with a photograph of the damaged item and the external packaging materials as it is required for us to submit an insurance claim. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may ask for the item to be returned to us at our expense. Once we have received the photograph and the returned item, you will receive a refund, including the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs. Please keep in mind that all shoes are made to order. We try to inspect all shoes before the ship out but we may miss slight imperfections. In order to claim "Damage Item," the shoe must have serious defects.

 LOST ITEM:
In the event that parcel has been lost, please contact us. All of our packages come insured in case of loss so you may rest assured that we will handle this situation. Just contact us and we will provide you with more info.

WHEN IS AN ITEM LOST?
Though the estimated delivery time depends on location and size of the item, parcels may be delayed due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, and other extenuating circumstances. We ask that customers allow up to 45 days for shipments within the USA and 75 days for international shipments. After this time, an item will be considered lost and a full refund or replacement will be given.

 RETURNING THE ITEM:
please dispatch the return within the time frame given by Ebay. Returned parcels dispatched after the required stated time frame will not be refunded and will be refused and returned to sender instead.

If returning merchandise from outside of the U.S.A, buyers are required to designate the contents as "Returned Merchandise" on the customs forms. Failure to do so may result in customs fees. In the event that IDEALSHOES63 is required to pay these customs fees as a result of the buyer failing to mark the parcel as "Returned Merchandise", then the customs fee amount will be deducted from any refund regardless of the reason for return.
