You choose. ►The WHITE sticker paper - each sheet peels and separates in the middle. There are two 11"x 4.25 sheets per sheet. ► The CLEAR, you will have to cut the sheet in the middle to create the border. Just cut in half, peel, stick, and connect end to end to create the border.
