Purchasing / Payment Detail:

Check all shipping charges before purchasing items. (you go to shipping detail and put in your zip code if in US others chose the countries where item is going to). Only exception to this is Alaska, Hawaii and Guam they need to ask for shipping either before or after purchasing item/s. Payments must be made after ordering or after a invoice is sent (invoice will only be sent when requested by you). If you want combine shipping it must be asked for prior to paying. Buyers keep in mind that shipping charges is not only for actual cost but also shipping supplies. All item/s must be paid for within 4 days of purchasing item/s. If there is a problem contact me right after bidding or purchasing item/s. If you don't a unpaid case will open on the 5^th day.

Shipping policy: 

I have a two day handling policy. If your item/s is paid on Saturday or Sunday it will not ship until Monday. Make sure your address is correct prior to payment. Paypal's policy is that seller is not to ask for a change of address once the item is purchased. If you wish to change your address you must do it through eBay/paypal prior to check out. If the item is shipped back to me your are agreeing that I don't have to refund the original purchase amount or the shipping charges. 

Return Policy:

I have a 30 day money back or replacement (buyer's choice) guarantee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to the item/s to me. The only instance in which a buyer is not responsible for the return shipping would be if the item is defective/broken. If the item is broken/defective please contact me and I will fix the problem to the best of my abilities. I charge a 15% restocking fee for all items returned that are not broken/defective. If you bid or buy a item/s you are confirming you want the item/s you are buying and well be held liable for the restocking fee plus shipping charges to you.

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item/s price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please note, by purchasing the item from me you are agreeing to pay the customs charges for your country. If you don't pay the custom charges for your country and the item is shipped back your agreeing that I do not have to refund the original purchase amount or the shipping charges. All electronics, dvd or item that plug in are for region 1 (Untied States or Canada).

International buyers please note: all electronic items I sale are manufactured for Untied States voltage (region 1). I don't supply any voltage converter, plugs etc. If you buy any of these you are agreeing that they can not be returned or a refund be given. They will be as is sale. This includes items like video games, video, phones, game systems, anything else along this line.
