New, unpackaged Men's 16 mm (width) Speidel Twist-o-Flex Stainless Steel Base with durable acrylic Southwestern design. The back of each link shows "Speidel" as the manufacturer. Made in US.  It is the standard 19 links in length and the length of the colored design is 3" and the overall length (with ends) is 3 1/2".  Just insert the ends around the end of each watch tip and close with needle-nose pliers.
