Domestic Warranty Policy

MichaelElectronics2 Domestic Warranty Policy applies to all items shipped within the United States. All of our upgraded products come with 1-year manufacture warranty. All domestic customers requiring warranty support can contact our support phone number or our support email for assistance. We are service provider of HP, Lenovo, and ASUS, our warranty is identical to the major manufacturers.

International Warranty Policy

All of the international customers who purchased our upgraded products outside of Unite States will also be covered by our 1 year manufacture warranty. All the repair will be done in Unites States. Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges back and forth for all the warranty activities.
All international customers requiring warranty support can contact our diagnostics department in order to identify any defective component. If the defective components are modified or replaced by MichaelElectronics2, we will provide a replacement component, a manual for replacing the defective components. Customer can also choose to repair in local store, we will cover the costs of a repair up to $100 USD if the customer provides a copy of the receipt.

1. We do not support shipment to customers who have less than 3 feedbacks.
2. Shipping prices, please find the shipping charge in the product’s "Shipping and Handling" tab. We mainly use UPS as our shipping carrier.
3. Our price and shipping do not include customs/duty (taxes) for international orders. Customs and duty (taxes) is to be paid by the customer to the carrier/customs office upon the product’s arrival to the destination country. Customs and duty may reach as high as 60% of the value of products and sometimes higher! Please check with local customs office on rate if you have any questions before purchasing.
4. We only support shipment to certain countries at the moment. Please refer to "Shipping and handling" for all the countries we support.
5. Some Countries, such as U.K., customers may receive the shipment first and then is sent the customs (taxes) charges but those taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.
6. There is no ground service to PO boxes, APO address, or addresses outside of continental USA. Please choose appropriate shipping method for those addresses or the order will be held until additional shipping is paid.
7. International Orders: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country and are not included in the product price or shipping paid. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for additional information. Customers must pay shipping BOTH ways for any exchanges or returns. Please allow 1-2 days minimum for customs clearance. Customs can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates and are not part of estimated shipping times. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty charges when purchasing on eBay.
8. All Items will be declared at their actual values with full insurance coverage against lost or stolen shipment. We can NOT mark new items as gift, commercial sample or return goods. (Please DO NOT ask us to falsify customs, we will not break laws and such requests will cause delays in shipping product out) Any lost items will not be shipped or refunded until the shipper completes the insurance claim.
9. Shipments which we cannot insure the full value may be cancelled or other arrangements made such as to break into multiple packages at the customer's expense upon consent.
10. Signature may be required at the time of delivery

In the event that you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within the defined return date (the return date is to be found in the return policy/shipping and handling section)

Please contact us for a return authorization and the return shipping address. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods. Please pack all returns appropriately.

  • We ship globally Via eBay's global shipping program (GSP). Thus we don't cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's cost and not for the shipping.
  • please check the Voltage information and make sure it matches the one in your country. In case it's not stated in the description, do ask us.
