*When making payment via EFT/direct deposit the buyer must include one of the following for identification purposes: buyer's Ebay user name or buyer's full name as reference. Never use the item number as multiple items in the same listing may have the same number. Failure to do so may result in delays in identifying the payment and consequently delays in receiving the item.
*Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery (although in most cases delivery is much quicker), after your payment has fully cleared into our account and has been correctly identified.

*Where applicable, we take no responsibility for parts that won't fit or are no suitable should your vehicle should be modified from OEM specifications ie. as was factory standard. If more assistance is needed on a part you can contact us via email before bidding. Please do not leave questions to the final moments before the auctions ends as we cannot guarantee we are able to answer your question promptly.
*Return freight for faulty items is solely the customers responsibility and is strictly not refundable.
*If you want to secure your item/s when posted we highly recommend using registered and/or insured post. Please request this option at the checkout to ensure security as regular post items can go missing and are not our responsibility once they have been posted.
*Where you have opted to pick-up your item/s this can only be done via prior arrangement at a time agreed between us.
