Ultra-high precision current measurement module, the range: 10pA to 2mA (limit parameters); suitable for rapid development of personal projects; principle verification; are measured by 6 and a half instruments, Tektronix multimeters (DMM4050) 2363A).
Using a typical transimpedance IV circuit connection, the current technology can achieve the highest level of current measurement accuracy.
Main chip bias current as low as 1pA, rail-to-rail op amp, high accuracy. Input voltage only positive voltage can be (do not need negative voltage).
