All items supplied by SMOOTH BATHS are sold as brand new items unless otherwise stated. Any items that arrive to your door need to be checked in the presence of the courier if they are not faulty or damaged. Faulty or damaged products must be first reported to the courier by preparing letter with statement of facts and refusal to collect damaged item. You also need to inform our customer service team within 48 hours. Any item deemed as faulty can be returned to us for an exchange, stock depended.
If a direct replacement is not available, an alternative will be offered. If we cannot fulfill your order with a replacement item, a full refund will be issued. All faulty items must to be returned to us complete with all original packaging along with a copy of your original invoice. All returns must be authorised by a member of the SMOOTH BATHS team before being returned.
SMOOTH BATHS operates a standard 7 day return policy for a refund. If the item is being returned for any reason other than misinformation in the original listing, you will be responsible for covering the returns costs. Once the item is received back, you will be refunded the item amount less postage.
SMOOTH BATHS will accept the cancellation and return of all items returned within 14 days from the day after the product was delivered providing the items are in perfect unused, re-saleable condition with the original sealed packaging. If packaging is unsealed it must be resealed. Cancellations cannot be made where the supply of goods was made to your own specification. We request that you do not assemble the goods if you plan to return them as this can damage the goods and therefore not meet your statutory duty of taking reasonable care.
Refunds will be made as quickly as possible and within 30 days of receipt of your cancellation. It is important that you take reasonable care to ensure that we received the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If you would like to make a return then simply tell us your name, invoice/receipt number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return.
Please send your request in writing using a durable medium (by post or email) to our SMOOTH BATHS head office so we can resolve your request. Unfortunately, order cancellation cannot be made over the telephone. The effective date of cancellation is on the date that you give us written notice of the cancellation. Please ensure that you keep some evidence of having given notice of the cancellation of your order (e.g., certificate of posting, email receipt confirmation).
