This is a NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES listing. No exceptions. This is due to excessive return request abuse and fraud.

All manufacturer warranties apply once NEW product has been opened, unsealed and/or used.
We reserve the right to cancel any order with address discrepancies, freight forwarding/drop shipment orders, low feedback/new users and non-US PayPal payments.
Absolutely no international shipping.

General Policies

A) We only ship to address provided directly with payment. 

B) Recycled packaging may be used to ship your item.

C) Partial refunds are not given under any circumstance due to fraud.

D) To prevent fraud, serial numbers are recorded and special id marks are placed on our products (without defacing the item in any way).

Return Policy (all sales are final)

1) Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. No refunds on brand new items if opened. 

2) No refunds on brand new sealed toys and collectibles, video games, dvds, movies, media, and software if opened. There will be NO exceptions. 

3) Absolutely no returns will be authorized for items that are not defective, those damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or repair.

4) Buyer agrees to pay return shipping cost. Buyer pays for return shipping and refund is only on the item and not on shipping. We only refund the purchase price of item minus the shipping and handling charge unless we made a mistake.

U.S. Shipping Times and Methods

We generally ship U.S. orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday) from the day payment is received. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We use the United States Postal Service, UPS and or FedEx to ship packages. After we have shipped your order we will input the tracking numbers into eBay's system at which point you should get an email from us letting you know order has shipped. You can also check in your purchase section of eBay for tracking numbers. Orders shipped to a U.S. address should arrive 5 to 10 business days after we ship with the majority of orders arriving 2 to 7 business days after we ship. Please note that many factors can contribute to a package being delayed by shipping carrier therefore unfortunately we cannot guarantee the transit time or arrival time of any package. We must be notified immediately after discovering anything damaged or broken on an item. Damage due to shipping must be reported to us same day as received and should be refused from carrier if there is obvious heavy packaging damage

Condition Policy

1) If we determine that an item was damaged through use, we cannot refund the original payment or shipping costs.

2) The item must still be in the same condition in which it was shipped. If an item is broken during use, we cannot accept a return. If merchandise is returned in condition unfit for resale we cannot refund the purchase price or return shipping.

3) If the reason for the return was not an error on our part the customer is responsible for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

4) Packages marked "refused" or "undeliverable" are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. We are not responsible for a package that was lost or misdirected because the customer provided the incorrect address.
