  • Items are checked and packaged without any damage to the product. It is the customers responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving the product. The responsibility is between customer and carrier

  • You must contact us and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise to us. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA number should be stated outside of the shipping package
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items
  • Refund will be processed within 10 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise
