If there is no one to sign, the package will be returned to your local Post office. PO or Parcel Delivery Center and will await collection. The package will be held in the Post office or Parcel Delivery Center for 14 days, please claim the package within the time frame. After 14 days the package will be returned back to us as the unclaimed parcel. The shipping charge will not be refunded and we will not resend it without extra charge. If the package is returned as an unclaimed parcel or due to an undeliverable address, the buyer should cover the shipping cost to resend it. If the buyer wants to cancel the order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

However, you can return this item within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with it. 

Prior to any return, please get in contact with us via e-mail. Then we will provide you with an RMA number which will allow us to process your return efficiently. 

You need to ensure the item is packed properly to avoid damage in transit. And the item must be in its original condition, including the packaging. All returns are processed within 5 working days at our office. Please ensure you also include your RMA number, eBay user ID, Item number and the reason for return, otherwise, your refund may be delayed.
