Refunds: typically I don't do refunds, but I want my customers to be happy, I will do a refund only if item is not what I described. If item is damaged in shipping (even if box not damaged - it happens) please take pictures and send to me asap. I will file a claim. It can take up to 3 weeks or more to get paid on claim, and sometimes more info or pictures are needed, therefore I won't pay refund until I get notification that claim will be paid. If you just don't want the item, sorry I suggest you resell it, I don't do buyers remorse refunds, sorry.
