Description
A genuine Le Parfait lid for screw top preserving jars (Familia Wiss Terrines), choose either a Screw Lid, Sealing Disc or both!
If you are just storing food then you'll only need the screw lid, if you are preserving/canning you'll need the disc (and band, until the vacuum has formed).

Size Guide
Le Parfait Lids are designed for Le Parfait jars and so may not be a perfect fit on other jars.
Your Le Parfait terrine should be embossed with a capacity, sometimes this will be a range, e.g. 200-245 ml.

* - There are two variants of the 1000 size, one short and wide, the other tall and thin.
If you can't see the capacity - measure the width of the jars mouth, it should correspond to a size in the table above.
Care and Use
Lids should only be used once.
Wash the terrines/lids thoroughly with hot soapy water then let air dry before use. Never use metal sponges or scrapers.
Always ensure the jar mouth/lid/seal are free from food residue - this can prevent a seal from forming.
