Winceyette/ Brushed Cotton

This 100% cotton fabric has been brushed to create a soft feel. 
It is traditionally used to make warm winter bed sheets and cot sheets, and also pyjamas. 
It can also be used to make Rag Quilts and baby cloths/ toys (though it is not certified EN71). 

This fabric is approx 110cm wide (42") and will be marked on the design name if it is wider.
 Sold in Half Metre AND Metre increments. Combined them in your basket for a larger length.

Multiple purchases of the same item will ALWAYS be cut as one full length from the bolt and NOT as individual pieces.

We recommend you pre-wash this fabric before sewing.

This fabric can be used for large variety of crafts. Traditionally winceyette was used to make pyjamas and bed sheets that are warm in the winter and breathable against the skin. More recently this fabric has been popularised by the trend for making 'Rag Quilts' due to its ability to fray when snipped and washed. 
This fabric is soft and easy to sew.

1 Half Metre = 50cm x 110cm
2 Half Metres = 100cm x 110cm 
3 Half Metres = 150cm x 110cm

1 Metre = 100cm x 110cm 
2 Metres = 200cm x 110cm

UK POSTAGE:
For UK postage, we always send our items by Royal Mail 2nd class, however each of our listings has the option to upgrade to 1st class or 24 hour courier. Please note that a parcel can only delivered by courier within 24 hours if we receive the order by 11am. 
We always aim to send our parcels the same day if purchased by 1pm. 
We ship on Monday - Friday ONLY. 
Any orders placed between 1pm on a Friday and Midnight on a Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
This includes 1st class and 24 hour courier parcels
