Our auto parts and accessories are intended for direct replacement of damaged parts only. We are NOT liable for any lost items during transit, UNLESS buyers pay for extra cover. Terms and conditions

Stock Availability - Due to our physical stock quantity not in sync with eBay site, sometimes we may encounter nil stock at the point of sales on eBay. In this case, there will be 2 to 3 business days delay to restock the item. The buyer will be informed immediately about the delay. Due to the delay, buyer has the right to cancel order and receive 100% refund within 1 business day. Otherwise, we will post the item as normal when the item is back in stock later.

Returns & Damaged - We accept returns for an item that is defective or damaged on arrival. The buyer must inform us within 72 hours via email with attached photos as proof. Then we will resend a replacement item at our expense. If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price.

For all other returns and refunds unless as mentioned above, the buyer must pay for the returning postage plus 20% restocking fee. This means only 80% of the original purchase price will be refunded when we receive the item and it must be in the original packaging and has no sign of damage.

Warranty - The warranty covers only the replacement of parts purchased, EXCLUDING labour, installation and postage costs. All auto parts and accessories supplied by AAA are intended for installation by qualified auto electrician and mechanic. Warranty will be voided if improper installation by inexperienced person.

Payment Methods - PayPal is the preferred payment method. This is to ensure all direct buyers are genuine and protected. However, we also accept bank deposit and online transfer.
