Repair includes a 1-year warranty from ship date and FREE return shipping (UPS Ground Service).  Once unit is received in our lab, our technician will perform an inspection of the unit.  If part is repairable, you will receive a quote for repair within 3 days.  Work will not be started until approval from you is received with a PO or credit card number - the $50 fee already paid will be applied to the repair price.  Our normal turnaround time is 10-14 business days (subject to parts availability).  *Expedited* repair and shipping is available at additional costs - please indicate this on your Ebay invoice in the message section.  If the part is deemed beyond repair, ACT will offer a replacement option if one is available. If you purchase the replacement option, the $50 already paid will be applied.  At that time, you will have the option to scrap your part at ACT's facility or have it returned as is and if no replacement was purchased, your $50 will be refunded back to you.
All components will be fully function tested.  Units will also be function tested in customer specific application, if provided by customer.  A service report detailing the work performed and possible causes of failure will be included with your repaired part.
