Up for sale is The Emperor (Throne Room), from Star Wars Saga Gold collection, 2003. This figure is mint on a sealed card, never opened. The card has minimal shelf wear, nothing terrible (see pictures).

I'm putting up all my figures and sets from this series; see my other listings. All items are from my private collection and are single-adult-owner from new (in a non-smoking environment). Please review the pictures of the item before committing to buy. All pictures are of the actual item up for sale. I do not guarantee “Mint Condition” packaging. If there is any major packaging damage (i.e. dented corners more severe than normal shelf wear, creases in plastic, tears in box cover), that will be disclosed in the item description.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  You will only pay my shipping costs, no extra fees or markups. Local pickup may be an option for you if you live near Chicago, IL; please contact me before selecting this option if available. Please do not select "local pickup" if you cannot meet me in person to pick up; instead, please select of the available USPS shipping options.

International buyers: please contact me before purchasing to obtain an estimate for shipping costs. If you do not do so before purchasing, you will still be responsible for paying the full shipping costs. Remember that items from this line are quite bulky, and international shipping might be expensive. In any case, you will only pay my costs for shipping. Buyer is responsible for any duties or tariffs due; seller cannot estimate any such charges in advance of the sale. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase or offer. (Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up; these fees are not additional shipping charges. Your country's customs office can open packages for inspection, which may delay timely delivery. I cannot declare less than the cost of the merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms; doing so would violate U.S. and international laws.)

Buyer's remorse is not an acceptable reason for a return request. However, on a case-by-case basis, if a return is determined to be in the best interests of both buyer and seller, returns are only accepted if the item is in the same condition as sold (that is, still sealed and unopened, in the same condition as sent), and if you have previously contacted me and received a Return Authorization number (please include this number with the returned item). Buyer pays for return shipping. Otherwise no returns will be authorized.
