.75"- 1" self fabric mini ruffle trim all around neck and 1" bottom hem (see pics)

Size = Tag reads 8 (could prob fit a 10 or 12 also just based on size specs and unbelievable stretch !!!!!)

Chest = 18.5" flat pit to pit UNstretched and comfortably stretches to 21"

Length = 35" from top shoulder to bottom of garment inclusive of ruffle
