Shipping

We package and ship our items with the utmost care to ensure the contents arrive unharmed and unbroken. Shipping and handling of your item will be taken care of within 48 hours after the payment has been received.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, buyer is responsible to contact us within 7 days of arrival.  We may require pictures to ensure we properly handle any claim that may need to be filed. If you are requesting a return and refund, please contact us and we will help guide you through the return process. If you buy or bid on an AS-IS or FINAL SALE item, that means there are ABSOLUTELY NO returns or refunds that will be given on the item(s).
