Leitz Leica M3 Double Stroke Rangefinder Camera Body Only (#911374)
The camera is in extremely good shape. There are no dings or dents on the camera. The vulcanite is intact, no cracking or breaking. The black painted surfaces have some minor wear. The chrome is clean with some pitting on the top plate and some minor bright marks on the bottom. The slow speeds are hanging a little bit and the bulb setting is not working at all. A good CLA will fix that. The viewfinder/rangefinder is nice and bright and works fine. The frame lines are bright and the focus works perfectly. The shutter curtain looks to still be in good shape. The camera cocks and fires fine other than the problems with the slower speeds mentioned above. There is a slight smoke smell on the camera.
Great shooter for someone looking to get into Leica. No Reserve.
