- Payment must be made within 7 days of the auctions closing date.

  - We accept PayPal, NetBank Transfer and Bank Deposit as payment methods.

  

  - We only ship to Australia. Items will be dispatched within 3 working days upon the verification of payment.
  - Registered post is highly recommended, we take all  precautions but we are not liable for any losses  
     or delay of shipments.
  - Shipping in 24 hours is applicable for most cases other than if we are short on stock, shipping days exclude  
    weekends and public holidays.

When you receive your item please confirm size and design, if it is the wrong product contact our friendly emailing team. 
*- Coloured clothes should be washed with similar  colours.
*- Check the fabric (Cotton, Polyester etc.) and  detailing (i.e. Lace, bead work, dye etc.) and wash accordingly.
*- Delicate fabric and design clothes must be washed  by hand
In no event are we liable for any  indirect, incidental or consequential  damages or lost profits arising out  of or related to this product    

- We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an 
   exchange or refund the product price, excluding P&H, within 14 days of your purchase via parcel post.
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system and the 
   product must be in its original condition.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All returns are needed to contact us for the return procedure prior to returning products.       
  * Returned  products must not show any signs of wearing
  * Qualified return products can choose from  a full refund or exchange.
  * Short-shipments, dead on arrival and deviation products must be reported within 7 days from delivery date.
