- The Thyrm CLENS (pronounced “cleanse”) tactical light lens protector is a heat-resistant, clear polymer circle that is cut to fit on a wide range of flashlight & weapon-light lenses. The CLENS protects the light lens from carbon and other debris that can build up from the use of lights during firearms training.
- CLENS can be removed to quickly clean a light, rather than having to apply Vaseline before shooting, replace a lens, or risk abrasion with lens cleaners.
- Available as the CLENS-31 (# CLS002), CLENS-18S, CLENS-18M, & CLENS-18L as shown in the Drop Down menu.
- CLENS’ mild adhesive backing has a higher affinity for polymer than glass. This makes it easy to attach and position, without leaving adhesive on clean glass. However, adhesive may stick to a dirty or damaged lens; in this case, touching the sticky side of CLENS to any residual adhesive should remove it from the lens. CLENS was made in collaboration with Aaron Cowan of Sage Dynamics / Sage Instruments
The CLENS-31 (# CLS002) is a single sheet that includes five sizes, to fit even more lights as shown in the complete Thyrm Fit Chart below:
- Includes (7) of the largest size, fitting a SureFire Fury, SureFire Intellibeam, and Streamlight Protac HL and HL-X.
- As well as (8) of the slightly smaller size, fitting a SureFire G2X, SureFire 6PX, Streamlight Strion and Streamlight TLR.
- And (8) of a smaller size, fitting the SureFire x300U and SureFire Scout weaponlights.
- AND (4) of an even smaller size, fitting the InForce APL and Streamlight TLR-7.
- AND (4) of the smallest size, fitting the SureFire XC1.
- As a bonus, the CLENS-31 sheet has the Thyrm and Sage Instruments logos, but no cut-outs around them.
