All items will remain on sale until paid for. UK Postage is free on all my buy it now listings and to keep prices as low as possible packaging is kept to a minimum. Any items being returned for a refund due to buyer error must be in unopened undamaged packaging & refund will be less the original postage.
Postal fraud is a crime and any buyers claiming non receipt of an item will have their name and address sent to the Royal Mail for investigation as a matter of course before any refund is given. These details will be checked against previous claims of non delivery and passed to eBay & the police in cases of multiple fraudulent claims for missing items.
