The idli rice grinder uses granite stones for longevity and the granite stones also grind the ingredients without heating them - thus preserving the nutrients. The unit makes batter or dough preparation fast and easy. Make a little or a lot -- the stainless steel drum can grind from one and a half cups to five cups of soaked grains. The powerful 110V motor is made for the Indian-American kitchen and is designed to run continuously for at least twenty minutes. Please do not throw away all these packing materials and boxes. In the unlikely event of having any future repairs, you will need these boxes and packing materials to properly ship the product or parts back to us for service. The shipping carrier may not take responsibility for the damage if not properly packed.

If repairs are necessary,contact us and we will send a Return Authorization number (RA#) and specific instructions for shipping the defective part back. If the unit needs to be returned contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA #). Packages without RA# will not be accepted by our shipping department. Claims for returns should be made within 10 days of receiving the item. All returns should be shipped to Inno Concepts at customer’s expense. No COD shipments accepted. All returns are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee. No refunds on S&H charges. Returned products must be in original factory condition, with all packing materials and the original boxes (to ensure safety and integrity of the appliance during transportation), instruction manual, and all accessories.
