Step 3 - Send us an eBay message with your picture and Pets name. Please ensure your picture is a good quality as the picture you send will be used and we will not be held responsible for any photos that are bad quality.

Step 4 - Your item will be printed and processed once we have all of your information.

If you would like to change the colour of the writing on the cushion, then please let us know or we will automatically use the colour on the picture shown in the listing.


A replacement will be supplied upon errors made by ourselves.
