If the fault of a wrong order is on the buyer: The buyer sends the product back at his expense for immediate replacement/Refund.
Defective products during the warranty period: The buyer sends the product back at their expense and we undertake the repair or replacement.
Please Note! If our Warranty sticker is removed your 3 Month RTB Warranty is voided.

Breaking the seal WILL void your warranty with us.
