International: If your item is delayed or hasn't arrived after 2 weeks,  please email us and we must contact US Postal Service or UPS to  initiate an investigation.  Investigations can take up to 15  business days to complete.  If item is deemed lost by US Postal  Service or Foreign Postal Service it can take up to 45 days for  the US Postal Service or Insurance Company to pay the claim &  you shall get your full refund after 45 days. Sometimes items  get lost in the Mail system and we have seen on occasions  deliveries take 2 months internationally. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND  LET US KNOW THAT YOUR ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED BEFORE OPENING A  CLAIM.

Your item could be delayed  because of customs in your country: It  may take from 5 to 28 days for your shipment to clear customs in  your country. We make every effort to expedite the process so  you can get your merchandise quickly. However, if there is  a problem, we have found that you yourself may be able to  expedite the process by working with us and *also* starting an  inquiry on your end with your local customs authority. 14 - Days International Returns

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must  be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging  materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank  warranty cards. Memory cards and any other Blister Pack items are not returnable  once opened. Any merchandise missing the, altered with, or tampered with original Universal Product Code (UPC)  cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within  an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels  on the original manufacturer's package.

Please email us to receive a  RMA number and return instructions.

Once the item has been  received & inspected by us, we will be glad to refund your PayPal  account.

For the first 30 days from date of receipt of your purchase you may return the  merchandise for a full money back refund unused and unopen, excluding any shipping charges (for  items which we offer free shipping, our standard shipping charges will be  deducted from any refund or credit).

Printers, Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablets, Notebooks  & Cell phones are not returnable  once they are booted up or the toner is installed, as per the manufacturers  contracts, all service to be done through them directly.

All brand  new items sold with  US manufacture warranty must go through the  manufacture (not west.coast).

If the  item is damaged or anything missing you must notify us  immediately within one day of delivery time.

No returns will be allowed for  products that are damaged while in customers possession or  control.

Please ship your parcel back to West.Coast freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry,  West.Coast cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. Return shipping cost  (the cost to send an item back to our store) is not reimbursable.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return and tell us whether you  would like the item to be replaced, exchanged (if item is available), or refunded.

Returns can take up to 8 days in-house from the date we receive it to process.

When returning an item, please make sure you use a shipper which provides you  with Insurance and a tracking number. Items returned without a tracking number  might take much longer to be processed.

International returns is 14 Days, Our domestic  return policy applies to our international returns.

International: Although Very Rare, all defective  items can be returned within 14 days back to  West.Coast for a refund  less return shipping.
