How to measure

Neck

Place the measuring tape around the neck at the height of where the collar would normally rest. This will be just below your Adam’s Apple.

Stand relaxed. Do not crane your neck or squeeze your chin down. The tape should be resting lightly on the skin, not squeezing it.

Hold one finger under the tape measure to ensure some room for comfort.

Neck Measurement Tips

Be sure the head and chin are in a natural comfortable position.

Sleeve

If you have an existing shirt follow these instructions:

To measure the sleeve of a shirt. Take the measuring tape and place it on the top of the shoulder where all the seams meet (i.e. the seams make a T shape) then pull the tape down to the bottom of the sleeve like the image below.

If you do not have a shirt on hand follow these instructions (you should get someone else to help measure):

Take a measuring tape place on the end of your shoulder then measure directly down the end of your arm (i.e. in line to where your palm meets the wrist and forms a line)

Sleeve Length Measurement Tips

Repeat this measurement on each arm. If one arm is longer than the other an average of the two.

Shoulder

This measurement will require a partner. If you don’t have a partner, measure a shirt directly.

Start the end of the tape on the outside edge of the shoulder where you want the yoke of the shirt to start. This is where the horizontal part of the shoulder meets the vertical part od the arm.

Measure up over the curve of the shoulders and to outside edge of the other should.

Shoulder Width Measurement Tips

Wear a dress shirt that fits well. Note where the shoulder seams end on the shoulders and either match that width or adjust to improve.

Chest

Run the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, tight up under your armpits and over the shoulder blades. Let your arms hang down in a relaxed and natural pose.

Do not puff out your chest or arch your back in any sort of pose that isn’t natural or sustainable.

Chest Around Measurement Tips

Relax. Do not puff out your chest, arch your back or hold your breath unnaturally.

Avoid wearing thick clothing or multiple layers.

Waist

This is slight different than the waist measurements for pants.

It is important to stand in a relaxed and normal position.

Run the tape around the fullest part of the belly. This is usually around the level of the belly button. The measuring tape should be snug on the skin, but not squeezing in.

If you have a belly, measure at the largest point of the belly.

Depending on your build, this measurement may vary significantly from your pant’s size.

Shirt Length

Put the first end of the measuring tape at the base of the back of your neck and measure down your back to the point where you’d want the shirt to be.

This point is usually the bottom of the buttocks, although you may want to go slightly longer if you plan to always tuck the shirt in, or slightly shorter if you plan to wear the shirt untucked.

Return & Exchange Policy:

1. Should you wish to exchange the product for an alternative size or colour, please enclose with your product and a prepaid, self-addressed parcel bag.

2. For All "Buy it Now": We’ll accept return of the product within 14 days of your invoice of the order. A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn, washed and are without tags. All items returned must be in original condition.

3. For All Auction items: Basically, auction items are NOT refundable after being sent out.
