For sale is a used Seiko 5 SNKE03 Automatic, black Stainless Steel case and bracelet, black dial. This watch is in good working condition with minimal signs of wear. The hardlex crystal is completely clear of blemishes. This is a great entry-level watch for those looking to get into automatic watches, or for Seiko 5 enthusiasts. The black bracelet easily fits a 7.5-inch wrist (my size), and even slightly larger as I removed one link to size it for myself. All links have been replaced, and adjusting the watch is easy as the links can be removed with only a ballpoint pen.
The watch was purchased new one year ago in April 2017 and has many years of accurate timekeeping left. Watch features a classic round shape in a black stainless steel case and band with a black dial that makes for a stealthy look. It is 37mm in diameter, 11mm thick and wears as a more classic size vs. the proliferation of oversized watches common today. The striking black dial features bars at all of the hour markers and goes great with casual attire. The dial also features two silver hour/minute hands, a red second hand and a day and date display. The hardlex crystal resists scratches and always looks great. If you flip the watch over it has a display caseback so you can see the hardworking movement in action.
This watch features the accurate and robust Seiko 7S26c automatic movement which winds the watch automatically as you wear it and features a 40-hour power reserve. This is a great low-maintenance watch, ideal for daily or occasional wear. Watch is water resistant up to 50m and can withstand the occasional splash or rain, but is not intended for swimming.
