Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Customer is responsible to ensure PO Box address given is deliverable by the shipping company. Package will be held until a valid physical address is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling is not refundable, with the only exception being for DOA (Defective On Arrival) items. Only items in the original packaging can be returned, or a restocking fees may applied. DOA claims must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date to qualify for an exchange or refund. If an item is found to be DOA or if an incorrect item was shipped by us, the buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and will give the seller a reasonable amount of time to process said return. All presumed defective and/or wrong items must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before being returned. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.
