We only can ship to United states, Brazil (providing CPF mandatory) Puerto Rico, dominicana, Canada, Australia, Asia (not China), Europe (not Russia) And Mexico providing RFC (registro federal de contribuyentes, mandatory)

Normally we ship the next day after buying ( FedEx and DHL only ) and you should have the package in your hands in no more than two weeks after buying ,(that depends of the custom but usually it's ready in two weeks) however, since the huracane problem in September 2017, we decided to put a delivery top of 22 days to cover from possible issues.

we are not responsable about extra payments like importation fees on customs or taxes.

We recommend to provide phone number in case that DHL or fedex can’t find the address (it happens sometimes), they will keep it on the agency for two weeks top waiting for you, after that they could return it and we are not responsable if that happens because we would need to take the fees and a new shipping, and we cannot pay it, keep that in mind.
