Please check handling time (dispatch time) before you place an order. It will give you an estimated delivery time.

We only ship our items during weekdays (Mon - Fri)

We do our best for 100% satisfaction in purchases, You're offered 30 days returns policy. If you receive a faulty item or it develops fault within 30 days from receipt, please contact us to return the item and we will happily replace it for you or you may return for a refund. Please note this warranty only applies to the faulty items, It doesn't cover physical damage to the item due to buyer negligence. You must contact us via ebay messages only before returning the item.

1) Any Faulty Items that needs an exchange have to be Returned to Us and the return postage charges will be paid by yourself. We will pay for the item to be Returned to you.

2) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full Refund with in 30 days from date of purchase less any applicable delivery charges.

3) Goods Received back Incomplete, Missing Parts or Damaged will not Qualify for any Refund.

Special Instructions for Watches Returns / Repair 

SELLESR'S OWN TWO (2) YEARS MOVEMENT ONLY  WARRANTY

Your watch is warranted by ourself for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Seller's own warranty only covers movement defects and no other defects will be covered under warranty. A copy of the receipt  is required for proof of purchase. 

During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the onyl compenents covered under this warrnantyA covered component will be repaired of the watch will be replaced free of charges if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.  

In case of replacement, seller cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty for the replacement watch ends two (2) years from the date the replacement watch is received.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER :
? Any defects in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet . 
? Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear. 
? Water damage unless marked water-resistant.  
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
