*Fragrance and liquids are measured by weight from manufacturer (not volume) so vials or bottles may not be completely filled.

*Please make sure your address is correct before ordering. We will not override addresses.

I ship using USPS's First Class mail (unless the order is more than 15 ounces. - then I use Parcel post or Priority Mail). 
First Class mail usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Any delays caused by the USPS are out of our control and your patience is appreciated.

Returns
Some items cannot be returned due to their personal care nature. Please contact me first before returning an item. With sealed items, the 14 day return policy applies. ALL Items must be New and unused.
