Nice example of this great playset for a Micro Machines Military collection. New in box! Box has a couple condition issues, please see images as there is an apparent stain in the right upper corner and small crease on that side. Staining to 1 inch on right upper corner, appears like mild water staining but second hand item so unsure. Overall the box does not suggest immersion or large water exposure. "25" written in Sharpie on the top which I have not tried to remove.  Box wrinkle on left front as well, small, see images.  Tape intact and colors bright. 

This appears to be otherwise in excellent condition and I sometime over describe defects for other collectors, as one, I'd like to know. If small water exposure, still suspect contents in mint shape but there is cardboard playmat with this set so I wanted to thoroughly describe.
