Payment: We prefer Paypal payments. Payments are expected within 2 days of auction end and immediately with Buy It Now. FL residents pay 7.0% sales tax.
Delivery Time: We ship upon receiving payment. Our commitment is to ship the next business day after payment is received. We ship daily Monday-Friday except holidays.
Additional Shipping Charges and Info: Listed shipping rate applies to delivery within the continental United States only. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, U.S. Protectorates and international require additional shipping charges. Shipping to APO, FPO, U.S. Protectorates, HI and AK will usually be by USPS Parcel Select. On any international orders the buyer is fully responsible for custom fees and duties, please do not ask us to alter Customs forms. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges. We ship from multiple locations. If local pickup is offered, a handling charge will be added to the invoice.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to include a street address.
 We only ship to verified PayPal addresses unless arrangements are made prior to sale.

Return & Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is important to us! We accept returns for replacement, credit or refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item(s). All returned items must be in their original condition. You must contact us for a Return Authorization number prior to making a return. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Refunds will be for the original price paid, less shipping, handling and any restocking fee. All refunds will be made to your PayPal account only.
