In this lot we present a gorgeous trench art desktop accessory made in the period of WWI in Europe.
Two round, cabochon, hollowed Agate balls are used as ink wells, completed with well-finished hinged lids.
Another Agate ball with beautiful concentric rings pattern topped with deer horns-like sculpture is used as pen holder
(the fountain pens are placed on the horns, there is place for two pens). The three elements are fixed onto a
large Agate slab. The color variations of the Agate are white, orange and brown. The metal parts are Chromed.
This artisan practical art piece has minor wearing. Has some wearing areas on the ink well Agate balls - the polishing of the crystal has faded.
There are no cracks, no dents, no broken elements. It is in overall excellent vintage condition!
