Three pack of brand new 3xAA battery holders most commonly used on Williams MPU boards from System 3 to System 11 and can be used on Bally/Williams WPC boards as well as Data East. 
Also used on video game boards like Defender, and I'm sure there's others.
These are brand new, never used. They are OFTEN damaged or have corrosion on them.
