Elaborate antique make-up / powder box made in France, around 1870-1900.

The box is round, made of solid Silver 900. A sharp and well-made flower basket is etched on top surrounded with beautiful Art Nouveau floral decorations. 

The silverwork is ornate and highly-finished. The silversmith's initials are "J.E."

The top is hinged with the original mirror preserved on the inside. 

The box is in great condition, with normal minor wearing. No dents, no indentations. Closes well and tight.
