  • When will you ship the order? Mostly, orders will be shipped next business day and any orders before 2:00PM EST will be shipped on the same business day. If you place an order on Friday after 2:00PM EST, it will be shipped on following Monday.
  • Address Changed: If you input the incorrect address, please notify us IMMEDIATELY on the same purchase day that way we can ship the item to its correct address. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel and make any further changes. In this case, we suggest you to intercept the package through the USPS website.
  • Return policy: Contact us within 30 days of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you can return it for a refund or a replacement. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days for a PayPal refund to go through. If you paid with a credit card, it may take up to 30 days to process, depending on your card provider. When you're sending the item back, repack it carefully, and keep in mind that the condition you send the item back to the seller in is important.
