If you have any questions or concerns about a purchase or if you would like to return an item for any reason, please contact me directly first. 

I will respond to all communication within 24 hours, and work with you to resolve matters to your satisfaction. 

Please send a message through eBay as soon as possible so that I have an opportunity to make your purchase right.

Shipping and Payment: 

I charge flat rate, calculated or free shipping depending on the auction type and item.  

I will combine shipping when possible.  If you purchase multiple items, please wait until I send you a combined invoice before paying.  

I do not charge handling fees for domestic shipping.  There is a $2.00 handling/document fee for non-domestic shipping, however.

Please pay for your item within 24 hours so I can ship your item fast.

I ship within 2 business days of payment (weekends and holidays excepted).

Packaging:

I use repurposed boxes and packing material whenever possible.  It isn’t always pretty but it helps keep prices lower and is environmentally friendly.

Returns:

If I make a mistake, I will pay return shipping.

If you are returning because you changed your mind or just don’t like the item, you pay the return shipping.

Either way, please send an email to see if we can work things out.
